Boat Yard Fee Schedule:

Boat Yard – Secure Storage Rates:
More than 6 months: $0.35/ft/day (Monohull): $0.50/ft/day(Catamaran/Multihull)
From 3 to 6 months: $0.40/ft/day (Monohull): $0.60/ft/day(Catamaran/Multihull)
Less than 3 months: $0.50/ft/day (Monohull): $0.75/ft/day(Catamaran/Multihull)
Boat Yard – Work Yard Rates: Please note that due to limited work yard space we do not encourage vessels to be stored in the work yard (those that cannot be moved using our hydraulic trailer). Vessels that must be stored in the work yard will be subject to the normal work yard rate (75 cents per foot/day if Monohull and $1.10 per foot/day if Multihull):

NOTE: All self-performed work must be approved by the Yard Manager. No open-air Spraying, Sandblasting, or Grinding permitted.
Storage and Work Yard rates include basic blocking and Jackstands except:
- Monohulls not supported on their keels (Swing Keels etc) or requiring more blocking, will be charged an additional $50.00.
- Catamarans and Multihulls that cannot rest on their keels and/or require additional blocking and sandbagging will be charged an additional $75.00. Electricity is $0.415 per KW-
Dehumidifier Rental (recommended) $45.00 per month (complete with Electrical cable and bimonthly check to ensure settings and function are optimum). Independent or Outside contractors including mechanics, technicians, and laborers will be charged $15 /Day/Person
Independent or outside contractors (any one you bring to work on the boat other than crew or anyone you hire to work on the boat) must register with the repair office every day. Contractors are charged $15 dollars per day fee which is not billed to the boat for insurance and security reasons.
All rates are subject to applicable Panama taxes (currently 7%)
