Fuel
Diesel:
Our fuel barge on a dedicated dock (see map) supplying marine grade diesel low sulphur. Up to 60,000 gallons we can pump between 3 and 100 gallons per minute. All sales are prepaid at the office. If you want to go directly in to fuel lease let us know ahead of time. The barge can service one vessel along side and one at the dock.
If you require large quantities of fuel advise the office several days beforehand. If your canal transit depends on refueling be absolutely sure you have enough fuel on hand before transit day. Fuel must first be paid for at the marina office.
Please request a fuel sample prior to taking on fuel.
Gasoline (Petrol) and Propane:
We can arrange to fill your gasoline jerry jugs, and propane bottles. Normal turnaround is 3 working days.
We can arrange for delivery of up 400 gallons of gasoline, this requires 48 hours in advance notice.
Fees:
Diesel is supplied at market price
Gasoline – $8.00 US per jerry jug fee, plus the price of the gasoline.
Propane – Small tank (10lb) $20 US; Medium (15lb) $25 US; Large (20lb) $30 US.
Old Oil Disposal:
We have a recycling tank for your waste oil and we can also dispose effectively of old filters and some other contaminants.
Up to 100 gallons delivered and emptied in our tank is free. Oil received on the dock in drums or other containers is $1.00 per gallon, applies to oil or bilge slops.
Lube oil: Our Chandlery sells lube oil in quarts and gallons and 5 gallon pails most grades brands and specifications are available, please let us know what you need to be sure we have enough in stock.
Filters: Our chandlery stocks a wide selection of filters, please let us know your requirements in advance to be sure we have yours in ample quantities.
