Haul Out

hauls

100 TON TRAVELIFT, 29 FEET WIDE (MAX VESSEL BEAM 28 FEET). Capable of utilizing up to 6 sets of 75,000 lb lifting straps. We apply a 100% safety margin with these straps. Our haul out crew is led by the very experienced personnel we dive on every vessel to ensure the straps are placed carefully and correctly. .

We have a high pressure washer to ensure all but the most stubborn crustaceans can be removed easily. To supplement the travel lift we have a 55 ton Hostar hydraulic trailer with 6 support arms to move your vessel within the work, self-work and secure storage yard.

You might decide to move to the travel lift bay the night before planning the haul-out giving you all the time you need to make pre-storage checks and engine winterizing (strange to use this term in the tropics!).

We always provide ample stands and other supports providing at least one support every 8 feet of boat length, fully complying with ABYS standards. We all sleep at night! We make no charge for moving the stands to allow bottom painting to be completed.

In addition to our 2 large Forklifts, the 100 Ton Travel lift and the Hostar trailer we have recently obtained a 30-ton Grove Hydraulic Crane so we can un-step masts for most sail boats under 80 ft as well as having the additional capability of loading heavy objects without having to contract outside help. Savings are made in both time and cost.
